What Does My Pulse Rate For Tiredness And Pricking Sensation In Chest Indicate?

how concerned should i be if my pulse is ranging between 40 and 50 and i am getting really tired at that time. And my left arm is feeling the same way that it does the time when i hyperventalated. And occasionally i feel like a sharp object is poking me in my chest. Is any of this related?
