What Does My Radiological Report Indicate?

Radiological Report: There are paratracheal adenopathies and perihilar/peribronchial infiltrates. Follow up chest x-ray dated 7/7/2016 as compared to 12/15/2015 shows partial clearing of the noted adenopathies. This is my 18months old son s xray, can you please help me understand. Thank you. ☺
