I guess you have got an ultrasound scan of thyroid done recently. There are small cysts in the right lobe of thyroid as detailed. The imaging characteristics show the possibility of colloid containing cysts and is a benign condition. These are one or more overgrowths of normal thyroid tissue. These growths are not cancerous (benign), may grow large, but do not spread beyond the thyroid gland.
