Hi
I have gone through your complaints.as you are saying renal function good and ureters are little floppy and could cause infections means the ureters might cause vesicoureteric reflux and causes renal infection and thus reflux nephropathy.to confirm it micturiting urethrogram done to know which grade refux is if it present.based on it treatment planned.usually surgery is required.dont worry consult the Dr regarding its management.
Thank you
