Welcome to HealthcareMagic one kidney is not visualized in antenatal scan now just ignore as rest of baby is normal in all aspects .best approach is to ultrasound of baby to recheck kidneys ..as at present only wait and watch can be done .after birth get scan esp MRI baby to get kidney status and if kidney still not seen then it is case of a single kidney and if right kidney is small or deformed then consult a nephrologist ..please donot take tension as single kidney patients are also viable for life ...relax till delivery .if you have any further query then you can come back to HealthcareMagic i will definitely help you and guide you appropriately .
