Hello

Welcome to HCM

As per provided report
1. A single live fetus with variable lie with posterior fundal is normal

2.Placental cyst doesn't have any adverse effect on pregnancy as such but if cyst size is much larger then it may lead to intra uterine growth retardation.

3.Decreased Amniotic fluid index - This is the matter of concern. It shows Diminished amniotic fluid volume. Fetal mortality is high if oligohydraminos is diagnosed in second trimester but
In your report there is no mention of AFI value so we cant comment much on oligohydraminos at present. Usually AFI less than five is considered as oligohydraminos.

Please consult nearby obstetrician for further evaluation and management as early as possible.

Thank You

Regards,
Dr.Om
