Hi, i did review your full question my friend. The root cause of all your problem seems to be varicocele. It is a common cause of infertility these days in man. It occurs due to dilated veins draining blood from testis towards heart. What happens next is that temperature of testis and scrotum rises above the normal they should be in and sperm production is affected reflected by your low normal testosterone levels and high FSH levels as a secondary response. I would advice you to consult a surgeon and get a surgery done for varicocele and many patients do exhibit reversal of sperm production in a month or two, but it is not a 100% reversal chance but a fair chance. Another option is TESA (testicular sperm extraction) but first one should be surgery. i hope this helps. Wish you good luck and all the happiness in world.
