Hello and welcome to HCM, Teratozoospermis semen sample suggests presence of abnormal forms of sperms. Teratozzospermia results in male infertility. However, consecutive three samples are required to label a sample as teratozoospermic. In addition, there is presence of white blood cells or pus cells which suggest infection in the reproductive tract.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja P Wahal
