Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Here your active motile sperm is 20% ...
According to WHO criteria rapidly progressive sperm should be at least 32% .....
So here motility affected and dead sperm also there.

You are given zinc, arginine etc containing supplement for improving motility ....

So continue its use ....

Meanwhile avoid stress as it can hamper motility ...

Avoid excess heat exposure to genital
Avoid hot shower ...
Wear loose undergarments ....

Avoid smoking , alcohol .....

Pus cell present in semen , clinical correlation done and if needed antibiotic given for that ....

Take healthy and balanced diet ..

Repeat semen analysis after month with three day sexual abstinence at that time...

If needed hormonal estimation also done ...

If still you can't conceive than assisted reproductive technique has to be used ....
