General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It shows infection with the presence of pus cells and a reduction in the number of mobile sperm. For a normal fertility, you need a normal sperm count with a normal motility. Consult your gynecologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family Physician
