Hi & Welcome.
Your
semen analysis is suggestive of infection of the seminal fluid resulting in Pyospermia (Significant number of pus cells in the semen).
Infection may be in the
prostate,
epididymis, or testes.
You need few more lab tests like CBC, Blood glucose,
transrectal ultrasonography and the semen culture and sensitivity.
Based on the report of the culture and sensitivity you need to take a course of appropriate antibiotics from your physician or
urologist.
This condition needs aggressive antibiotic treatment to eliminate infection and to normalize seminal parameters.
Along with medications you need to have certain precautions like:
Avoid alcohol and smoking.
Do exercise and take nutritious food.
You should avoid tight undergarments, use loose cotton clothings.
Repeat semen analysis after completion of course of antibiotics.
Hope the advice given above would be beneficial to you.
