What Does My Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Sir I have married since 2 years ago and I not have any baby..l have examined my sperm from a laboratory my report is Activemotile=20 Sluggish=10 Dead=70 Puss cell=12-14 Total count =15 million Sir I m so worried about my report..please sir help me..I m from pakistan.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Compare your seman analysis report with the normal seman report
Total motility: > 40%_____________20+10=30_____low motility
Pus cell: up to 5/hpf_________________12-14____high
Total Sperm count: > 40 millions____________15___low

So you have very low count, low motility and high us cell.
Sorry to say but natural pregnancy is not possible.
You should consult the urologist and undergo color doppler scan to find any structural abnormality and semen culture to find any infection.
Tablet Clomiphene citrate, CO Q and gonadil F will help.
Avoid stress, do regular exercise and take healthy diet with green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits.
