Dear Sir/Madam,i am kumar Today I have done my semen analysis test and herebelow is the description:- Volume:- 3.0 ml, alkaline Colour: Liquefaction < 45 min, Motile: (active 45%, Sluggish 35%) Non Motile: 20%, Total Sperm count: 69 million/ml, Pus 2-3/hf, RBCs nil,epithelial cells nil pin head 4%, giant head 3%, swollen neck nil, please update me if the report is good or not ,

Your report is showing pyospermia. Your wife may be having infection of vagina/cervix as well. Please get a culture sensitivity of semen as well and start antibiotics , to be taken by both of you and no sex while on treatment.
