What Does My Semen Analysis Result Indicate?

Respected Sir, Myself Sanjoy, recently test my Semen analysis .The report is :Total Quantity : 206 ml. (Approx) Total Count of Spermatozoa : 109.6 million / cu.cm Microscopical Examination At the time of the 1st Examination Actively Motile - 40% After 1 hour Examination Actively Motile - 30% Morphology of spermatozoa Normal Spermatozoa is 58% Ph 8.0 Time of Liquefaction is 25 minutes So, Sir Can I know this Report is Normal or Abnormal ?

Hello

Your report suggests decreased sperm motility.Motility should be at least 55%.
You have only 40 % motile sperms.

109.6 millions/ml sperm count is normal.Normally sperm count should be at least 20 millions/ml.
Morphology of sperms and pH are normal.

You need proper clinical examination and further investigations like ultrasound of scrotum(to exclude any organic causes of low motility).
You should take nutritious diet and do exercise.
You should avoid tight garments.
If low motility persists then assisted fertilization techniques can be considered.

Probably there is typing mistake in amount of semen.Total Quantity : 206 ml. (Approx) is typed.Please recheck it.
