Report shown asthenozoospermia Details below: Volume: About 2.0 ml PH: Alkaline Viscosity: Normal (Not more than 2 cm, Thread length) Liquefaction: Completely liquefied (after incubation at 37 degree C for 1 hour. Sperm count : million/ml Actively Motile: 35% (Motility within one hour of ejaculation) Feebly Motile: 55% (Motility within one hour of ejaculation) Non Motile: 10% (Motility within one hour of ejaculation) Sperm Morphology: 10% Sperms abnormal: abnormality of head , body, tail Leucocytes: 4-6 /HPF Epithelial cells: 3-4/HPF RBC: Nil/HPF Germ cells: Present Sperm clumping: Present Fructose: Present
