General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, a very high number of either structurally abnormal sperms or immotile sperms or sperms with low motility are present which reduces the chances of normal fertilization. Using supplements of selenium, Vitamin E and Zinc may help with the condition.

However, if the issue persists, IVF or fertilization outside the body in a controlled environment may be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
