General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As the semen report indicates there is no problem with the motility issue and morphology of the sperm, but the sperm count is low which indicate a possible issue with the hormone of the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis at some level.

A thorough case history, physical examination, lab tests with or without testis biopsy is mandatory to proceed ahead.

Do not hesitate for further discussion regarding the matter anytime.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
