General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your semen analysis parameters are within normal range. Can have a baby. Except for the presence of pus cells which are indicating possible infection.

Get sperm culture and sensitivity testing is done to determine the right diagnosis and antibiotic to fight this infection. Wish fast recovery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
