Hi, My boyfriend had a vasectomy reversal a year ago and recently got a semen analysis done and the sperm count was 75 10E6/ml and the sperm motility was 50% but the liqueification was abnormal (specimen liquified artificially 60 minutes after collection) semen viscosity was increased. We have been trying to concieve for a year now so any input you have would be appreciated! Thanks
Hi, I think you should do a semen culture and sensitivity test. It can be due to some infections. He can take some antibiotics like doxycycline 100mg twice a day for 10 days empirically. Take some antioxidants and vitamins for 3 months. You can try naturally for 3 cycles. If it doesn't work, then you can go for IUI.
