What Does My Semen Analysis Test Result For Sperm Leakage During Urination Indicate?

Hello Sir, I had a problem of sperms coming out in urine, and while peeing i was feeling burning. Before to stop sperms coming out in urine, i test my sperm quality it was Sperm count : 524 per million, Progressive motility (A+B) 25.2%, Functionless sperm (67%), Total motility (PR + NP) 28%. i have below questions 1. If am taking medicine (Sturbex z, Levofloxacin, Uricol)to stop sperms in urine, if its stop and after some months i test my sperm quality will it give me a good result ? 2. Can i produce a child with above mentioned sperm quality ? Thank you in advance

Well to be sure about semen in urine you need to upload result of urine analysis. This medication you are using is of urinary tract infection because sometimes pus appears in urine and looks like semen. Once you complete the course of antibiotics (levofloxacin) it will definitely effect results of your semen analysis. Definitely there is problem with your sperms' progressive motility but I think you should be hopeful and wait for your post medication follow up test reports.
