Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of semen analysis report is as follows:
The physical characters of semen- color, pH, viscosity and volume are within normal range.
The liquefaction time is delayed. Liquefaction time can be delayed in cases of infection and inflammation in the reproductive tract especially in the prostatic secretions.
The sperm count is low. The normal sperm count is 20 million/ml.
Motility of sperms is also reduced because in health atleast 40% sperms should show active, forward motion of the sperms. In your report only 10% sperms are actively motile.
Presence of pus cells and epithelial cells in semen sample suggests presence of infection.
Thus, over all there is evidence of infection in the semen sample.
So, first it is important to clear the infection and then get semen analysis repeated again.
The other parameters are not interpreted in presence of infection.
Consult your physician or urologist with report and for prescription of antibiotics.

Thanks and take care
