Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. What test you have undergone is a serological test to detect typhoid fever. It is called WIDAL test. The result is indicating that you could have typhoid fever. It can be treated with a course of appropriate oral antibiotics. Fever can be controlled by taking Paracetamol. Along with this you need to take adequate rest for a week and continue with bland diet & intake of good quantities of fluids for about 3 weeks. Gradually, you can switch over to noramal diet after 3 weeks. Kindly consult Physician for proper evaluation and management. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
