Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the stool test is as follows:
Presence of 6-8 pus cells/ hpf suggest one of the following:
1. Inflammatory bowel diseases can cause pus cells to appear in stools.
2. Abscess in intestine can cause pus cells.
3. Bacterial infection can cause pus cells.
4. Fistula with urinary tract can cause pus cells.

The physical features- dark brown color and soft consistency are within normal limits.
A history of passing stools twice a day suggests an infection or irritable bowel syndrome (different from inflammatory bowel disease).
Presence of 1-3 RBCs and 1-2 epithelial cells do not signify any disease process, but it is associated with main pathology which is causing pus cells in the stools.

Thanks and take care
