Pelvic ultrasound shows average size uterus with midline prominent endometrial cavity 1.3mm thickness. No focal lesion seen. Both ovaries are normal size with tiny follicles. Hi,

Based on your thyroid function test results, it appears that you have low TSH levels and normal T4 and T3 levels. This may indicate a condition called hyperthyroidism, which is an overactive thyroid gland that produces too much thyroid hormone. However, it is important to note that thyroid function tests are only one aspect of diagnosing hyperthyroidism, and other factors such as symptoms and physical examination should also be considered.

Regarding your chances of getting pregnant, it is possible to conceive even if your hormones are not in the normal range. However, hormonal imbalances may affect your fertility and increase the risk of complications during pregnancy. It is recommended to consult with a healthcare provider who can evaluate your specific situation and provide guidance on how to optimize your chances of conceiving.

Regarding the pelvic ultrasound results, it appears that your uterus and ovaries are normal, and there are no significant abnormalities detected. The prominent endometrial cavity may be a normal variation, but further evaluation by a healthcare provider may be necessary to determine if any underlying conditions need to be addressed.

Overall, it is recommended to discuss the results of your thyroid function test and a pelvic ultrasound with a healthcare provider who can provide personalized recommendations based on your situation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
