What Does My Thyroid Function Test Report Indicate?

I had some lab work done last week and my TSH level is at 1.140, I previously had thyroid cancer 21 years ago and I had a partial thyroidectomy. Due to pathology not showing full results while in surgery until the following morning after surgery that there was low grade cancer I still have one portion left with many nodules on it which eventiually sent me to the Mayo clinic Rochester. They kept me on a higher dose of 137Levoxyl to keep the remaining thyroid as inactive as possible. My Dr. in Duluth has dropped me down twice within the last 9 months so I am currently taking 100. Worrying a little. What are your thoughts?

Hello
Thank you for trusting HCM
American thyroid association guidelines says :

In patients with persistent disease, the serum TSH should be maintained below 0.1mU=L indefinitely in the absence of specific contraindications.

Your tsh is 1.1 you have to increase your oral dosage of levothyroxin. Better to take older dose 137 until you consult your doctor.

Thank you
