My Trans vaginal ultrasound shows that my urterus is anteverted, 6.2X2.9cm, unelarge with homogeneous echopattern. My endometriom is 1.3cm, hyperechoic with intact subendometrial halo. My ovaries both left and right have multiple small follicles each measuring less than 1cm in diameter. my cervix is smooth and close. what does this entail?
