What Does My Transvaginal Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Hi I just received results from a transvaginal ultrasound and it states I have an elongated uterus measuring 10cm, 2.7 cm subserosal fibroid in posterior wall and enlarged right ovary measuring 5.5cm with a large 5 cm cyst possibly paraovarian cyst. What does this mean?
