What Does My Transvaginal Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

I had been experiencing left quadrant pain on my abdomen a few months now. Having menstrual irregularities lately as well. Missed my November period. Last week on my first day of period there was a fleshy or skin like thing that came out of my vagina. Today i had a transvaginal ultrasound, reslts says it's normal. Comparing the measurements of my ovary last June and today. Lat June, Left ovary measures 29.9x16.8 mm in dm, today's result shows left ovary size is 33.8x18.5 mm in dm. Was this even still normal? Why do i feel pain on my left side? I actually experienced abdominal fullness or bloatedness laetly as well.

Hi
I have gone through your complaints and report. Some times after missed periods the shedding endometrium may pass like casts. That may be confusing with skin / fleshy like thing.dont worry.some times this happen.regarding measurements of ovary slight variation in size in mm is not significant and is common.dont worry this is absolutely nothing to worry. The cause for left quadrant pain are many like ranal colic,colitis and some times muscle pains.it needs clinical evaluation by physician.
