What Does My Transvaginal Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

I have had my periods 2 days ago. Today in Trans vaginal report it says . Developing follicle seen in left ovary . size 16*17mm and uniform size small follicles seen in right ovary. What does that indicate. please suggest as I am really tensed any negative thing or anything bad . please suggest urgently. Regards Arpita Dutta

It is a normal finding, it's not pathologic. In every menstruation cycle you have the formation of a dominant follicle.
