What Does My Transvaginal Ultrasound Scan Test Report Indicate?

I had my tvs ultrasound lately it says that my uterus have two polypoid echogenic structures within endometrial cavity measuring 1.0 x 1.0cm and 0.9x 1.4cm suggestive of endometrial polyps endometrium 0.5cm thin. Ovaries have multiple subcapsular follicles measuring 1cm within a dense stroma. What does it mean? Can i have a chance getting pregnant? How it can be treated?

Hi,

You might have polycystic ovary syndrome. You need to see an gynecologist to diagnose this condition and manage the polyps.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
