Hello,
The measurement of the atrium distance can be up to 10 mm. at any point of pregnancy beyond 25 weeks. The distance of choroid plexus to medial wall can be up to 3 mm. in the normal circumstances. Anything above this value is considered abnormal and further investigation is done. Since you have a higher value, I would suggest further investigation. Fetal brain MRI would be an useful investigation in this situation. Please consult an expert in high risk pregnancy for further management. Wish you good health.
