What Does My Ultrasound Of The Liver Indicate?

Just received results from ultra sound of abdomen. There are 2 comments: 1) mildly fatty liver without a focal mass and 2) no discrete focal sonographic abnormality, although right Lowe quadrant is mostly obscured by bowel gas - recommend clinical correlation. What does this mean? Thank you
