What Does My Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Single viable intra uterine pregnancy in cephalic presentation with fetal spine to right. Fetal movements and cardiac activity are seen Amniotic fluid is adequate in quantity. Fluid index is 10 cms. Placenta is implanted in anterior wall ( grade lll maturity). No evidence of placenta praevia. Measurements correspond to an average GA of 37 weeks 3 days +/- 1 wks. B.P.D : 9.1 cms 37 weeks 1 day H. C : 32.8 cms 37 weeks 2 days A. C : 33.8 cms 37 weeks 5 days F. L : 7.2 cms 37 weeks 2 days Fetal weight : 3234 gms approx No sonographically detectable gross congenital fetal anomalies in major organ systems of the fetus at the moment with available fetal position and penetration. Single loop of cord seen around fetal neck.

1.Let me start with positive finding ( which needs attention ) the chord around the neck, which needs followup and keen observation from your self.
2.Any increase or decrease foetal moment need to bring to doctors notice and an emergency scan might be needed.
3.Delivery could be C-Section because after 37weeks foetus moves less and changes are very less.
4.Rest all measurements and amniotic fluid levels appears normal, foetal weight appears normal.
5.And no anomalies detected at the time of scan. So hope the best. Good luck.
