I got an ultrasound done and got a copy of the test it states that the uterus is 8.5 x5.0 x 6.2cm. the endometrial stripe is 0.6cm. the rt ovary is 5.3 x 2.0 x 2.8cm the Lt ovary is 3.3 x 2.2 x 2.6cm no free fluid nabothian cyst noted. so my question is how much of this is good and how much of this is bad

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

It is important to know the reason for getting an ultrasound and your age.

The uterus is normal in size, shape and appearance.
The ovaries are essentially normal with the right ovary slightly on the higher side, not a concern if you are otherwise normal.

Nabothian cyst is a small fluid containing cyst in the cervix of uterus and considered harmless.
