General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There are couple of small fibroids are seen which are nothing but a benign (non cancerous) lesion common among females, the size is small and probably close follow up only is required.

If you are symptomatic with bleeding and pain, surgical removal may be required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
