What Does My Ultrasound Result Indicate?
Dear Doctor My Untrasound Report Urinary bladder distended and shows smooth walls, no intraluminal mass seen.Uterus is normal in size with homogeneous myometrium echogenicity.Cervix measures 4 cm bulky in size.Endometrium echoes identified normal Bilateral ovaries appears normal in size No cystic or solid mass in bilateral region.No free fluid in pouch of Douglas .Impression : BULKY CERVIX Can u please suggest me whats wrong with my cervix .Your response is highly appreciated

Hello
Major ultrasound finding is bulky cervix.It may be due to cervicitis(may be due to infection/inflammation),cancer etc.
You may need clinical correlation and investigations like Pap smear.Cervical biopsy can be done if needed.
It is also important to directly visualize cervix.
Treatment depend upon findings.
Rest of the findings like uterus,ovary,urinary bladder etc are normal.
