Hi,

The ultrasound report suggests that you have a complex lesion measuring 5.3x5.7cm with solid and cystic components in your left adnexa. The cystic component shows internal septation, and there is increased peripheral vascularity. There is also minimal free fluid in the POD. In addition, the report notes a thickened endometrium and sediments in the urinary bladder.

Based on the findings, it is important to follow up with your healthcare provider or gynecologist to determine the cause of the complex lesion. It could be a cyst or a tumor, and further tests such as a biopsy may be required to determine the diagnosis. The thickened endometrium may also require further evaluation, such as a biopsy or a hysteroscopy, to rule out any abnormalities. The sediments in the urinary bladder may indicate a urinary tract infection or another condition, which may require treatment.

It is important to seek prompt medical attention for the severe pain on your left side, as it may be related to the complex lesion or another underlying condition. Your healthcare provider will be able to provide a diagnosis and recommend appropriate treatment options based on the results of further tests and examinations.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
