Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of ultrasound is as follows:
The uterus is placed in retroverted position.
The normal position of anteverted. Retroverted position means that uterus is flexed or bend towards posterior side instead of anterior side.
The size of the uterus is within normal limits.
The endometrium or lining of the uterus is within normal limits.
Left ovary is normal in size and within normal limits.
The right ovary shows presence of a cystic structure which may be one of the follicles of the ovary or it may be a cystic structure.
Currently it is difficult to differentiate between the two.
However, a repeat ultrasound after 15 days will be able to differentiate between the two.
After 15 days, the follicle will disappear whereas the cyst will persist.
However, both dominant follcile and cyst are harmless.
If the lesion turns out to be a cyst, it has to be followed at regular intervals.

Thanks and take care
