What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

hi i am nnnn..i want to ask about the result of my ultrasound it goesblike this:
normal size anteverted uterus thickened endometrium normal left ovary complex mass,right adnexa,likely ovarian
..how does it means to you?and how can i cure it??is it possible to carry out by medicine like herbs?thankyou and Godbless ill wait the result .

Hello

Findings suggests complex left ovarian mass.Generally it is due to benign causes and it only need follow up ultrasound.
But it is always safe to exclude malignancy.
You may need clinical correlation and contrast CT scan of abdomen.
You may also need tumour markers like CA-125,beta-hCG.
Efficacy of herbal medicines is not proved scientifically.
Generally it is not a very serious issue,it may resolve in follow up ultrasound.
You should consult gynecologist.
