What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Hi. I am five weeks pregnant. Ultrasound found a single gestational sac in lower uteririne quadrant. And a second fluid collection in upper uterine quadrant. Diagnosed me with a incomplete miscarriage but I am not bleeding at all. Just slightly cramping. They didn t run blood tests yo check my hcg levels. Is this really a miscarriage?

Hello

It is difficult to comment on incomplete miscarriage but findings are not favorable.
Intrauterine fluid collection and G-sac in lower uterine segment are not favorable signs.
You may need follow up ultrasound and beta hCG monitoring. It is important to notice rising titre of beta hCG.

Wish all the best
Take Care
