What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?
My ultrasound showed bulky uterus measuring 10 x 5.5 x 6 cm; quite heterogenous myometrial texture; three focal abnormalities consistent with fibroids, largest posterior fundal measures 24 x 22 x 22 mm; a few tiny cysts are evident; endometrial echo measures 7 mm. I am scheduled for a hysterectomy. Input?

Your scan report shows presence of fibroids. It is nothing but a benign condition affecting the uterus. If you experience bleeding or pain surgery will be the best option.
