What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

I m certainly 25 weeks and 6 days pregnant. I had an ultrasound done at 16 weeks. When I had the ultrasound done the lady said that she didn t see any boy parts but couldn t determine the sex. She said It was a 75% chance of it being a girl. I can t have another ultrasound done due to my insurance. If boy parts weren t show at 16 weeks will they ever show up? Or am I having a girl?

Hello,

Genitals fully developed by the age of 20 weeks. So ultrasound at 16 weeks may not give you exact sex determination. Better to get done ultrasound again so that exact sex of the baby can be determined. According to me chances of a baby girl are high.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
