What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?
I am pregnant from three month doctors had suggested to do ultra sound which I have done and the report is that my baby is in the upper position of my stomach and the nerve is down to it I have also faced bleeding one day which is stopped after that so plzz suggest how could I overcome with this problem and also want tO say that my stomach is paining

This report is very vague. The baby is never in stomach it is always inside the uterus and there is no nerve as there is only placenta. Please send the exact report so we may help.
