What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Hello good day, doc. This is my first pregnancy and I m kind of worried if everything is normal. I just had an ultrasound last week. The result says: Single live fetus in breech presentation. Estimated gestation stage is 33 weeks and 4 days AOG by fetal biometry. Fetal heart rate is noted 148.48 beats per minute. There is adequate amount of amniotic fluid (AFI 13 cm.). Estimated fetal weight: 2163 +/- 324 grams Placenta: Intact, anterior fundal in location and its inferior end is not enroaching into the internal os. It has grade III maturity. High-lying. Normahydramnios. EDD by UTZ: October 14, 2016 LMP: January 1, 2016 EDD by LMP: October 7, 2016

Hi,

You have a single fetus with the optimal weight of 2.16 kg and as per sono dating, gestational age of the fetus is around 33 weeks. Fetal heart rate is normal with no bradycardia or tachycardia. Amount of liquor surrounding the fetus is normal, placental location and maturity are optimum. The placenta is away from internal os so there are no chances of abortion and prepartum bleeding. Your due date as per scan is 7th October.
