What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Hi, my ultrasound shows a normal-sized, anteverted uterus with intrmural myoma nodules as described :M1-1.2 b 0.8 cm posterior wall; M2- .5 cm by .5 cm anterior wall M3- .5 by .4cm anterior wall. The endometrium is hyperexhoic at .48cm. Both ovaries Are normal in size and echotexture. There is no free fluid seen in tue cul de sac

These are small fibroids which dont have features of malignacies and I dont think this requires specific treatment at this point and you should just have frequent foloow ups with ultrasound or CT scan. Also, you should check your hormonal levels from time to time.
