What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Would like to know what findings from ultrasound mean. Exam: US OB FOLLOW UP Indication: f/u growth scan, Z34.92 Encounter for supervision of normal pregnancy, unspecified, second trimester ABF. Study date: 11/7/2016 2:34 PM. FINDINGS: A single living intrauterine gestation is visualized in cephalic presentation with the fetal heart rate of 140 bpm. The placenta is posteriorly positioned with grade 1 changes. The umbilical cord inserts 1.5 cm from the placental margin. AFI is 10.0 cm. Cervix is 4.2 cm in length. Dedicated fetal survey was not performed. The following measurements were obtained: BPD - 6.97 cm - 28 w 1 d HC - 25.6 cm - 28 w 0 d AC - 23.8 cm - 28 w 1 d FL - 5.27 cm - 28 w 1 d EGA by ultrasound is 28 weeks and 1 days with an EDD of 1/29/2017. EFW is 1168 grams +/- 171.

Hi thanks for posting on hcm.
Uour ultrasound says that the baby is of 28 weeks or months gestation based on the head circumference, abdominal circumference, thigh bone length and baby is fine liqor is adequate and at present fetus weight is 1160gms. Heart rate is 140 per minute. Due date is 29 th of January 2017 based on fetus condition.
