What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

I have an ultrasound test results that states that the right ovary is very heterogeneous appearance with areas of increased internal vascularity and irregular border. I also have a lab result, the CA125 with a value of 45. They have found a mass on my right ovary but the OBGYN said that it did not look cancerous. This was before the CA 125 came back. How worried should I be of possible ovarian cancer?

Ovarain cancer is a possibility. Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated. Detailed evaluation including an MRI abdomen is required for further assessment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
