What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

I was 10 weeks 1 day pregnant on 3/17/17 when I had a routine ultrasound that showed the baby s heart had stopped beating. I had a D&C on 3/24/17. I took a pregnancy test on 4/3/17 which still showed positive results. Then I took another on 4/15/17 that still showed a faint positive. Is this remaining HCG in my body or could I be pregnant again?

it's very unlikely. hcg tend to remain elevated till 4to 6 weeks even after d&c. don't worry morover it's falling trend.
Make sure no foul discharge coming out which might be there if abortion was incomplete and get infected
