What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Hello, my wife is pregnant she is in second trimester (18 weeks) three nights ago she had fluid leak the first time it color was yellow and smell bad, the second time was 2 days ago it was transparent, I was so afraid so afraid because of bag of water that s why we went to the doctor after ultrasound he prescribed 4 tablets of progesterone and 12 tablets of Vagi-Hex (vaginal tablet) my wife took those progesterone, is it safe to use those vaginal tablets? doesn t have any problem for our unborn baby? Thank you so much
