What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

For the last two months I have had a injury, they said I ripped the muscle off my bone. now both my legs are having problems, this simple injury has lead to knee stiffness, burning sensation, swelling and unbelievable pain. I had ultrasound, xrays, and finally had MRI, they said my right is fine but its my left leg, but my right is having just much pain. so now its increase to leg weakness, and unable to bend my knee at times. Its gone from a simple tear to this. Now I will be seeing a bone and joint doctor. what else can these symptoms be or has lead to?? What am I missing here?
